Last Day Portland

Ok - so this was not a food inspired day. But who wants to eat after being scared out of your pants by a hissing, growling, wild animal hiding in your back yard as you are trying to pack your car for a 3 day road trip. I know he may not look that big but he seemed gigantic. Had to call Critter Control to take care of this one! They were there in an hour. Maybe this is a better picture as to the size of the beast.

And if you don't think he looks scary then....Ok not so scary in the cage.

So onto the rest of the glorious day at the river with the dogs  and then a leftover lunch of salmon (fished from the stream of the ranch we looked at for sale) and red kale with olive oil and lemon juice right at our own breakfast nook.
